Tasting reservation request: when you complete the form on the “Visit” page, we collect your full name, email, telephone number, visit date and number of guests. Purpose: to respond to your availability request and manage the reservation. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing your full name, email and telephone is necessary to handle your reservation request; without them we cannot respond to your request.

Newsletter subscription: we collect your email address together with your explicit consent in order to send you updates. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing info@im-votsas.gr.

Traffic statistics: with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (through Google Tag Manager) to measure use of the website. Legal basis: consent.

Marketing: with your consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure effectiveness and display relevant content on Meta platforms. Legal basis: consent.
