THE NAME
In the Vlach dialect, Tsuka Rossia means "red peak". It is the name of a summit in the Pindus, near the Monastery. The wine's purple rivals the sunset over that peak.
TASTING NOTES
Deep purple colour, clear, with intense and slow tears. Nose intense, with the character of Cabernet Sauvignon rounded by Merlot, ripe black fruit.
Tightly knit, with dense structure, full body, non-aggressive tannins and satisfying acidity. Intense and complex finish.
AGEING
Matured in French oak barrels.
