THE NAME
A variety native to Metsovo, which historically survived only in household courtyards and abandoned vineyards, and returns through monovarietal vinification. A variety unique in the world kept its own unique name.
TASTING NOTES
Golden yellow with green highlights. Aromas of mastic, jasmine and white-fleshed fruit. Pronounced acidity and tannic structure.
